About Andel Creative
Hi, I'm Marijana. Andel Creative is where I write about card making and paper crafting, and where I make the printables I wish I'd had when I started.
I'm not a trained designer. I'm a maker who fell in love with paper and never quite recovered. Everything here comes off my own craft table — the cards that worked, the ones that didn't, and the shortcuts I found somewhere in between.
Why Card Making
I think my favorite thing about card making is that the finished project has somewhere to go. It isn't just something that sits on a shelf—it becomes a birthday wish, a thank-you, a little hello, or a way to let someone know you're thinking of them.
I love sitting at my craft table with a pile of cardstock, a few scraps, and an idea in my head, then watching it slowly turn into something I can actually hold and give away. That's the magic of it for me.
How I Work
Most days, you'll find me at my craft table making handmade cards, trying out new ideas, and figuring out how to turn a little piece of paper into something worth giving. My Sizzix and Cricut are usually close by, along with far too much cardstock, scraps, and the occasional idea that doesn't quite work the way I imagined.
Handmade cards are at the heart of what I do, but I love paper crafting in all its forms, so every now and then another project finds its way onto the blog.
This is a place to experiment, get inspired, try something new, and hopefully find an idea that makes you want to sit down at your own craft table and create.
